HETHON Feeders for dosing dry substances
Our Feeders are extremely versatile machines for the volumetric and gravimetric dosing of various materials. Whether it concerns powders, grains, flakes, chips, pills or fruit pieces, even frozen: HETHON offers you a feeder that can dose them perfectly for you! Even when it gets difficult: we continue where others stop.
HETHON Feeders with one or two drives?
HETHON Feeders with two drives are suitable for accurate dosing of poorly flowing dry products at various feed rates. When using the 1 drive type at slow speed (=low capacity) the agitation is proportionally decreased. When using the 2 drive type with low capacity, the agitation drive can be adjusted at any required rate independently of the feed rate.

As you may expect from us, we can also design a customized weighing system for your process and product properties, in accordance with the measurement standards you provide. Consider for example the combination of Belt weighing using a Hethon Loss In Weight system. The HETHON weighing system is intelligent and self-learning, due to which accurate and consistent dosing is assured, also under changing conditions. Optimized with the latest standards as for example EasyAcces 2.0.

Assortment
Our Feeders are capable of dosing many types of ingredients with capacities of 0.08 up to 26.600l/hour. Within this range HETHON offers six machine-variants and screws in different diameters and shapes. The dosing devices are available in volumetric and gravimetric models. They can be supplemented with many options, such as nozzles, pneumatic valves and control electronics, extension hoppers and a wide range of complementary applications. All build to meet the customers demands and from a standalone Feeder up to a complete plug and play system.

The pumps we sell are mainly made in Europe and made from European parts. Except for Nakakin and YTS which are manufactured in Japan but both brands are delivered out of a European warehouse. GRI is a US-made product.
