Nakakin pumps are made in their own factory from step one:  from the casting of pump parts to the design. Quality guarantee because there is only one point of contact. We are happy to represent Nakakin because they are in line with our policy: high quality and they also continue where dosing becomes difficult.  


 Every pump that leaves the manufacture of Nakakin is checked by a 100 point check and is tested by a maximum stress test. This guarantees a long-life and low-maintenance product life.

High quality - high performance

The rotors are made from a patented alloy: Nakamura Metal no. 3. The low expansion of this alloy at high temperatures ensures the smallest possible distance between rotor and housing: 70 μm! 


This guarantees:

  • A gentle and high-performance conveyance at low rotation speed
  • High suction power and constant liquid flow
  • The conveyance of liquids of all viscosities
  • Precision exact till 1/100 mm – the highest standard for non-contact pumps!

How it works

Operating principle

 Nakakin rotary piston pumps operate due to the positive displacement device principle. 

The two rotors on parallel axes run by a synchronized gear and rotate in the opposite direction to each other.

 They touch neither each other nor the casing. 


The sealing of the chambers that convey the product is only operated by the clearance between casing and rotor that should be as small as possible. 

The conveyance occurs gently and with low-pulsation.
