Optional items to complete your Feeder

HETHON Feeders can be equipped with many options. Screws come standard in stainless steel 316. They are available in many different variants, standard they are open. Optional with a center rod, which can be made removable for easy cleaning. Different screw shapes are also available and custom made.

HETHON solves problems unconventionally.

With raw materials that are difficult to dose, bridging sometimes occurs at the bottom of the feeder: around and directly above the screw. Do you recognize that?

For this reason, an agitator in the feeder is chosen.

But this often does not solve the problems!

HETHON tackles the problem where the problem arises: in the dosing range. A special screw prevents bridging without, for example, having to use an extra agitator and an extra motor.

These screws are either tested at our customers, at home or abroad or tested in our test room.

Where no other dosing machine could dose the powder, the HETHON Feeder can. We are happy to think along in solutions for your dosing problem.

The HETHON Feeder will be delivered standard with an open screw and a standard nozzle. 

In order to be able to do the dosing in the right place, both the screw and the nozzle can be extended. Other special adjustments can also be made to meet customer requirements. For example, a sprinkler nozzle.

Our second scoop is the Hethon Flow/No Flow sensor. Developed to fulfil the specific needs of our customers. The advantage of this sensor, it keeps you informed at all time whether there is a flow or not.

Checking the actual flow is history with this sensor.

A standard HETHON Feeder has a front door with a round hole. For T-nozzles we redesigned our front panel. This made it possible to quickly remove the front panel and clean the Feeder or change the hopper. Even when a T-nozzle is used.

 The capacity of the HETHON Feeder can be increased by placing an extension hopper on top of it. The size of this hopper depends on the capacity and the product to be dosed. 

These are available from 30 liters for our smallest HETHON Feeder to over 1000 liters for our largest model. 

This grid is for preventing items or body parts/hands getting into the rotating screw.

Out of practice we know that items, for instance shovels which are used to fill the hopper, fall into the hopper. This can create a lot of damage or personal injuries.  This grid will prevent this.

Our scales can be used under a feeder, but also under a Bag-Dump Station, for example. Also available in ATEX!
